تدين مؤسسة سلام يمن بأشد عبارات الاستنكار جريمة قتل مدير برنامج الغذاء العالمي التابع للأمم المتحدة السيد مؤيد حميدي في التربة_ محافظة تعز، ومؤسسة سلام يمن إذ تتقدم بخالص العزاء لأسرة الفقيد وللعاملين في برنامج الغذاء العالمي، تؤكد على أن هذه الجريمة النكراء لا تستهدف حياة السيد مؤيد حميدي فقط بل تستهدف العمل الإنساني برمته في محافظة تعز، وتضاعف من معاناة ابنائها الذين هم أكبر المتضررين من هذه الجريمة.
ونعلن تضامننا المطلق مع أسرة الفقيد والعاملين في مجالات العمل الإنساني، ونطالب الجهات الأمنية بسرعة القبض على المتورطين ومحاكمتهم وتشديد إجراءات حماية العاملين في المجالات الإنسانية.
Salam Yemen Foundation strongly condemns the murder of the head of the United Nations World Food Program team, Mr. Moayed Hamidi, a Jordanian national, in Al-Turbah – Taiz Governorate, and as we extend our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and to the workers of the World Food Program, we also stress that this heinous crime does not only target the life of Mr. Moayad Hamidi, but also targets the entire humanitarian work in Taiz Governorate, and multiplies the suffering of its children, who are the most affected by this crime.
We declare our absolute solidarity with the family of the deceased and workers in the fields of humanitarian work, and we call on the security authorities to quickly arrest and prosecute those involved and to tighten measures to protect workers in humanitarian fields.
